American Family Field
Stadium · Milwaukee, Wisconsin
The home of the Milwaukee Brewers, opened in 2001 as Miller Park and renamed in 2021, seating about 41,900. Its distinction is the roof: five movable panels that pivot around a single fixed point behind home plate and sweep open like a hand fan rather than sliding on parallel tracks, which makes it the only convertible roof of its kind in North America. It opens or closes in under ten minutes, glass panels let daylight onto real grass, and it is open for roughly two thirds of home games — which in a city with Milwaukee's April is the whole reason it exists.
1 Brewers Way, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53214, United States
Open to ticket holders on event days. The Brewers' home season runs late March or early April to late September, with post-season games in October. Non-game-day ballpark tours have historically been offered — verify the current schedule and price with the club before travelling. The roof is closed or open at the club's discretion depending on weather.
