An open-air waterfront marketplace on Biscayne Bay, opened in 1987 and among the most-visited attractions in Florida by sheer footfall — partly because it is free, partly because it is where downtown Miami meets the water, and largely because every Biscayne Bay boat tour and every cruise-passenger coach in the city ends up at its dock.
