Bearizona Wildlife Park
Private Wildlife Park · Williams, Arizona
A drive-through wildlife park in the ponderosa pine forest on the east edge of Williams, the Route 66 gateway to the Grand Canyon, opened in 2010. Visitors drive their own cars along about three miles of forest road through large enclosures where black bears, gray wolves, bison, bighorn sheep, mountain goats and burros roam close to the road. At the end is Fort Bearizona, a walk-through area with bear cubs, otters, beavers, porcupines and other North American animals, plus a birds-of-prey show and restaurants. The bear sections are strictly windows-up, and visitors in soft-top vehicles or on motorcycles can take the park's bus tour. In summer 2026 it opened at 8 AM, with the last car admitted at 6 PM, and tickets cost $20-$35 a person.
