A mile and a quarter of continuous public walkway along the south bank of the main branch of the Chicago River, built out in phases and largely completed between 2015 and 2016. It runs a full storey below street level, which is the point — from down there the Loop's towers rise straight out of the water, and it is where the architecture boat tours leave from.
