Corktown Table is a neighborhood restaurant on Michigan Avenue in Detroit's Corktown, cooking seasonal Midwest comfort food from scratch for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. Chef Marcus Hill builds the menu around Michigan farms and the Great Lakes: braised short rib, Lake Superior whitefish, roasted squash with farro, and apple cider donuts every fall. There are vegetarian and gluten-free choices on every part of the menu. We also cater office lunches and parties across Detroit, host private dinners for up to 16 in our back room, run a six-course chef's table at the kitchen counter, and teach hands-on cooking classes.
