Daisy Airgun Museum

The Company Museum Of The Daisy Manufacturing Company, Maker Of The Red Ryder BB Gun, In Downtown Rogers The Town Daisy Moved Its Operations To In 1958. Holds One Of The Largest Collections Of Airguns In The United States. · Rogers, Arkansas

Daisy has been making air rifles since the 1880s, moved its operation to Rogers in 1958, and keeps its museum in a small storefront on the town's main street. Inside is one of the largest airgun collections in the country - a century and a half of BB guns, including the Red Ryder that Ralphie wants and is repeatedly told will put his eye out in A Christmas Story, which is the reason most out-of-state visitors walk in. The rest is a surprisingly good industrial history: a windmill company that started giving away air rifles as a premium and ended up abandoning windmills entirely. Admission is a couple of dollars.
