Fargo Air Museum
Specialty Museum · Fargo, North Dakota
Two hangars at Hector International Airport in north Fargo holding around thirty aircraft, most of them airworthy rather than static - the museum's stated position is that aeroplanes are meant to fly. The collection runs from a Second World War Corsair and a P-51 through Vietnam-era helicopters to general aviation and the agricultural aircraft that actually work the Red River valley, and it doubles as one of the more used event spaces in Fargo.
1609 19th Avenue North, Fargo, North Dakota, 58102, United States
Open year round, generally daily with shorter Sunday hours, roughly 10 AM to 5 PM; a modest admission is charged and parking is free. ⚠ THE MUSEUM DOUBLES AS AN EVENT VENUE and a hangar may be closed for a private function, particularly at weekends - ring ahead if you are making a special trip. Because a large part of the collection is airworthy, individual aircraft may be away; ask at the desk which are on site. Fly-in and community events run seasonally.
