Feather Falls

A 410-foot fall in the Plumas National Forest above Lake Oroville, among the tallest in California and reached by a purpose-built trail that ends at a cantilevered viewing platform hung off the canyon wall opposite it. It is a serious walk, which is the only reason a waterfall this size stays this quiet.
