Fourth Presbyterian Church
Church · Chicago, Illinois
A Gothic Revival church of 1914 on North Michigan Avenue, directly opposite the John Hancock Center, and the oldest surviving building on the Magnificent Mile north of the river. Its courtyard and cloister sit a few feet from one of the busiest shopping streets in America and are almost completely silent, which is the entire reason to go in.
126 East Chestnut Street, Chicago, Illinois, 60611, United States
Free and open daily outside services. Free organ and chamber concerts at lunchtime on Fridays through much of the year.
