Frost Museum of Science
Science Museum · Miami, Florida
Miami's science museum, rebuilt from nothing on the downtown bayfront and opened in 2017 around a five-hundred-thousand-gallon conical aquarium that you look up through from underneath — a design that puts you beneath the Gulf Stream rather than beside it. The planetarium projects onto a 250-degree dome, which is one of the more advanced in the country.
1101 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida, 33132, United States
Open daily, generally 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Planetarium shows run on a timed schedule through the day.
