Glacier Point
Viewpoint · Yosemite National Park, California
A granite shelf 3,200 feet directly above Yosemite Valley, reached by a paved road and a five-minute walk, giving you Half Dome at eye level and Vernal and Nevada Falls in the same frame. It is the single greatest view-to-effort ratio in the national park system — and the road to it is shut by snow for roughly half the year.
