Hammer Museum
Art Museum · Los Angeles, California
A contemporary art museum in Westwood, run by UCLA, which abolished its admission charge entirely in 2014 and has been free to everyone ever since. Its programme leans hard toward living and under-recognised artists, and the courtyard at its centre functions as a genuine public square for the neighbourhood.
10899 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, California, 90024, United States
Generally Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 to 18:00. Closed Mondays. FREE admission to everyone.
