Harrington Raceway and Casino sits beside US 13 in Harrington, a small railroad town in southern Kent County, on the same grounds as the Delaware State Fair. In the 1990s Delaware allowed video lottery machines at its racetracks, and Harrington grew into a casino floor of slots and table games, with a sportsbook and a few places to eat, including a buffet-style restaurant - confirm what is operating now.
