Little Talbot Island State Park

Florida State Park · Jacksonville, Florida

One of the few fully undeveloped barrier islands left in northeast Florida — five miles of Atlantic beach with dunes, maritime forest and salt marsh behind, and no building on any of it. Unlike Big Talbot next door this one is a proper swimming and camping beach, and it is the closest genuinely wild coast to Jacksonville.

12157 Heckscher Drive, Jacksonville, Florida, 32226, United States

Open 8:00 a.m. until sundown, 365 days a year.
