A hundred and twenty-seven acres in Arcadia with several hundred free-roaming peacocks, descended from birds brought here in the 1880s by Lucky Baldwin. The Queen Anne Cottage and its lagoon appeared in the opening credits of Fantasy Island, and the grounds have stood in for jungle and island settings in films since the 1930s.
