Madison Square Garden

Arena · New York, New York

The fourth building to carry the name, opened in 1968 above Pennsylvania Station on the site of the demolished McKim, Mead and White station — a demolition so widely regretted that it produced New York's landmarks law. It is home to the Knicks and the Rangers, it calls itself the world's most famous arena, and its circular cable-suspended roof means there is not a supporting column anywhere in the bowl.

4 Pennsylvania Plaza, New York, New York, 10001, United States
