A small town on a hill above Lake Dora — and in Florida a hundred and eighty feet counts as a hill, which is why the name is not entirely a joke. It has become the antiques capital of the state, its Lakeside Inn has been taking guests since 1883, and the whole place trades on being a New England village that ended up in central Florida.
