National Churchill Museum
History Museum · Fulton, Missouri
America's National Churchill Museum, on the Westminster College campus in Fulton, where Winston Churchill delivered the "Sinews of Peace" address on 5 March 1946 - the speech in which he said an iron curtain had descended across the continent. The museum sits beneath St. Mary the Virgin, Aldermanbury, a seventeenth-century Christopher Wren church that was bombed in the Blitz, and which was dismantled in London and shipped stone by stone to central Missouri to serve as the memorial and the college chapel.
501 Westminster Avenue, Fulton, Missouri, 65251, United States
Generally open daily, roughly 10 AM to 4:30 PM, with reduced hours or closed days in winter and on major holidays. It is on the Westminster College campus, so parking and access follow the college calendar to some extent. Check before travelling; Fulton is a detour from anywhere.
