Ohio River Scenic Byway
Scenic Highway · Marietta, Ohio
A National Scenic Byway running the whole southern edge of Ohio along the river, from the Pennsylvania line down to the Indiana border, through the hill country and the river towns that were the first American settlements west of the Appalachians. It is the longest signed route in the state and it passes almost nothing that anyone has heard of, which is the point.

A public highway, open and free year-round, driveable in any season. Individual attractions along the route keep their own hours, many of which are seasonal.
