Potter Park Zoo

Lansing's zoo, operating on the bank of the Red Cedar River since 1920 and the oldest public zoo in Michigan. It is compact by modern standards and the better for it, and it runs a black rhino breeding programme that has produced calves — a genuinely rare achievement for a zoo of this size.
