New York City Building, Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens, New York, 11368, United States
⚠ CLOSED MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS, historically — check queensmuseum.org before travelling. ⚠ THE ADMISSION MODEL NEEDS CHECKING: the museum has used SUGGESTED ADMISSION, has run genuinely free periods, and has offered free entry to Queens residents, and the current position was NOT verified for this file. ⚠ THE PANORAMA OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK is the reason to come and is viewed from a ramped walkway. The building is the only structure still in use from both the 1939 and 1964 World's Fairs, and the UN General Assembly sat in it from 1946 to 1950. ⚠ The surrounding park is free at all times.
