National Monument · Lake Powell, Utah

A 160-acre monument protecting one of the largest known natural bridges in the world. Tucked into the rugged canyons of Lake Powell, this massive red sandstone arch towers 290 feet high. Deeply sacred to neighboring Native American tribes, it is one of the most remote and inaccessible monuments in the system, typically reached only by a multi-hour boat ride across Lake Powell followed by a short hike.
