Rate Field
Stadium · Chicago, Illinois
The White Sox ballpark in Bridgeport, opened in 1991 on the year before Camden Yards changed what American ballparks look like — which makes it the last of the old generation, a symmetrical concrete bowl built just too early to be retro. It has had four names in three decades and became Rate Field for the 2025 season. Its best inheritance from the original Comiskey Park across the street is the exploding scoreboard.
