The second Sunday of every month since 1968, two and a half thousand vendors set up in the Rose Bowl car park and around twenty thousand buyers work the rows. It is one of the largest flea markets in the world, and the one Los Angeles stylists, set dressers and vintage dealers shop before anyone else gets in — which is why admission is tiered by how early you want through the gate.
