Silverwood Theme Park

Theme Park · Athol, Idaho

The largest theme and water park in the American Northwest, on 413 acres beside US-95 at Athol, about forty-seven miles from Spokane. It opened in 1988 as a small Victorian-themed park built around a steam railway and has grown to more than seventy rides, slides and attractions with seven roller coasters, including Tremors, which runs partly underground. Boulder Beach, the water park next door, opened in 2003 and is included in the same ticket rather than sold separately.

27843 North Highway 95, Athol, Idaho, 83801, United States

⚠ SEASONAL. The park runs roughly MAY TO LATE OCTOBER with a reduced schedule at both ends of the season, and Boulder Beach opens later and closes earlier than the theme park. CHECK THE OPERATING CALENDAR BEFORE FIXING A DATE - it varies year to year and not every day in the season is an operating day. BOULDER BEACH IS INCLUDED IN ADMISSION; ⚠ PARKING IS CHARGED SEPARATELY. Online tickets are cheaper than the gate. SCARYWOOD IN THE HALLOWEEN SEASON IS A SEPARATE, SEPARATELY TICKETED EVENT and sells out on weekends. Closed through the winter.
