SoFi Stadium
Stadium · Inglewood, California
SoFi Stadium is a covered-roof but open-air NFL stadium in Inglewood, opened in 2020 as the home of the Los Angeles Rams and the Los Angeles Chargers. It sits in the Hollywood Park complex beside the YouTube Theater and a lakeside district of shops and restaurants. Its translucent canopy shades most seats while letting daylight in, and the Infinity Screen video board hangs over the field. It also hosts concerts, big international soccer, college football and major events, including Super Bowl LVI in 2022, and it is slated for further global events. It suits football fans, concert-goers and architecture fans. The trouble is getting in and out: parking is expensive and traffic is heavy, while the Metro K Line and event shuttles help. Confirm tickets, the bag policy and tour options before you go. Plan your route home before the final whistle, because rideshare surge and slow lots can add an hour, and remember that the stadium stands beside the airport flight path, so planes and helicopters are part of the soundtrack.

SoFi has no regular visiting hours; it is open for events, with gates usually opening a couple of hours before a football game and often earlier for concerts and big matches, so check the gate time printed on your ticket. On non-event days it has offered stadium tours at set times, usually mornings to mid-afternoon on some days, but tours are paused when events are being built or taken down - confirm the schedule and book ahead. The Hollywood Park district around it has its own shop and restaurant hours, which are longer on event days. The YouTube Theater runs separate show times. Parking lots open hours before events, and prepaid parking has an entry window.
