A mile and a half of Sunset Boulevard through West Hollywood, and the single most important stretch of pavement in the history of American rock music. The Whisky a Go Go, the Roxy, the Troubadour a few blocks south and the Comedy Store all sit on it. It is also a working street with traffic, which surprises people expecting a pedestrian district.
