Taft Museum of Art
Art Museum · Cincinnati, Ohio
A collection of European old masters, Chinese porcelain and Limoges enamels hung in the 1820 federal-style house that held them, one of the oldest domestic buildings in downtown Cincinnati and a National Historic Landmark. William Howard Taft accepted the 1908 Republican presidential nomination from its front portico, which is the other reason the house is famous.
