The Dali Museum
Art Museum · St. Petersburg, Florida
The largest collection of Salvador Dali's work outside Europe, in a purpose-built St. Petersburg gallery whose eighteen-inch concrete walls are wrapped in a free-form geodesic glass bubble of 1,062 triangles called the Enigma. It holds seven of Dali's eighteen recognised masterworks — the enormous canvases he spent years on — which is more than anywhere else on this side of the Atlantic.
1 Dali Boulevard, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33701, United States
Open daily, generally 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a later evening once a week. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
