A 1931 Art Deco theatre clad in blue-green terracotta at the corner of Wilshire and Western, which is where the name comes from. It was scheduled for demolition in 1979 and saved by a preservation campaign; it now runs as a mid-size concert hall and is one of the best-looking rooms in Los Angeles.
