Ybor City Museum State Park

Florida State Park · Tampa, Florida

A state park occupying a single city block of Tampa's historic cigar district, in the old Ferlita Bakery building, telling the story of the Cuban, Spanish, Italian and Sicilian workers who rolled cigars here from the 1880s and built one of the most genuinely multicultural industrial towns in the American South. Three restored casitas — cigar workers' cottages — stand beside it.
